Hi, my name is Thu, originally from Munich in Germany and now based on the Spanish island of Ibiza. Back in Munich I was trained at the well-known private makeup school Beauty & Fame Academy, where I was certified as a professional Hair and Makeup Artist.

BENEFITS WITH AIRBASE AIRBRUSH MAKEUP





Unlike the traditional makeup application technique, the Airbrush makeup technique allows us to apply the foundation to the skin as a micro-fine mosaic, and not as a layer of colour. This helps maintain the skin’s transparency, giving brides a natural appearance – Airbrush makeup lasts longer than traditional makeup foundation - perfect for weddings and the warm Ibiza climate.


The Airbrush makeup foundations are micronised (high definition), on silicone base, so they cannot be detected by the human eye, making them very popular with brides in Ibiza. After application, the makeup is immediately rain, smudge and most importantly sweat-proof without any need for powder.

Why I am using these makeup brands





A persons wedding day is often the moment that long-awaited dreams are turned into a reality, with everything executed to perfection. The beautifully styled bride is the centre of attention, with all eyes are on her as she makes her appearance in front of an incredible Ibizan backdrop, her face glowing and smiling as she approaches the love of her life - It is a moment that brings tears to the eyes of many a guest.

Too Faced, MAC and Estée Lauder are my absolute favourite brands. I love using them, especially for the brides on Ibiza, as they are very well pigmented, long-lasting, and the products are incredibly easy to apply to the skin.

Needless to say, there is the right colour foundation for every bride’s skin type, but it’s possible that the bride’s complexion changes in the sun. Most brides want elegant but subtle makeup for their big day on Ibiza, and with many weddings being held during the day, this is also highly recommended. In the daylight, makeup can easily appear 'too much', unlike in the evening light. However, the bride doesn’t necessarily need to choose one or the other, as I can provide both looks on the day.
